Shipping: Several shipping options are available to PetPharmacopia.com customers who are US residents through UPS: express, 2 or 3-day priority, and ground shipping (5 to 7 business days). We like to ship UPS because they offer an excellent tracking system and guarentee the delivery. It should be noted that UPS does not ship to a P.O. Box, so please be sure to include a physical shipping address for your order to be shipped to. Most orders will be processed by the next business day; be sure to add that extra day (or in the case of personal checks, several days) to your shipping time. Shipping costs are calculated on the total weight of your order. Once an order is processed, you will receive a tracking number that will enable you to track your package. We do not charge a packaging or handling fee. However, for special situations, when we have to ship via USPS, we do charge a $5 handling fee, plus the regular postal rate. For Texas residents only, an 8.25% sales tax will be added to orders.
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 10 days after receiving it. All returned products must be unused, in excellent condition, and in the original packaging. Delivery and return shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
